Travelling Tips for Teens

Planes tickets are now affordable! So if you're planning to go International, here are tips :)

This Tips is based from my experience:

1. Book your flight on Wednesdays. Cheaper tickets are on this day.

2. Bring what you need. Don't bring too much clothes, you could mix and match your clothes, you don't want to be burden with a heavy luggage.

3. Roll your clothes. Rolling your clothes saves space and prevents wrinkles on your clothes.

4. Know where you're going to stay. You should be aware to what kind of climate you're going to anticipate and if you're bringing with you your cosmetics.

5. Ready your things before you sleep. You don't want to cram over stuffs in the morning.

6. Never forget to put your name in your bag. And contact details, please. Duh! :]

7. Get a good night sleep. You don't want to be sleepy in the airport, sleep in the plane with an open mouth; and get really dizzy after disembarking the plane.

8. Wear comfy clothes. Because you will wear it for many hours in many places. Comfy clothes make you comfortable in all ways, of course.

9. Be on time. The plane won't wait for you and if you're with a connecting flight, chance: missing the whole trip.

10. Check in everything if possible. Avoid handcarries, they are annoying, and you look funny with a lot of bags.

11. Be alert. Of course, you don't want to miss the flight because you were too busy reading New Moon and didn't hear the announcement because of your maxed music.

12. Ask as much as possible, but not always. Better safe than sorry, always ask. You don't want to violate anything.

13. Chew a gum or exercise your jaw during take off! Everybody hates congested ears.

14. Bring chocolates and less water. They keep you awake, happy and energized. Bottled water ends up in the trash bins. :(

15. Salty chips makes you less dizzy. That, according to my mum.

16. Never hesitate to ask if they serve free food, and if they give away goodies! :]

17. Make Friends. It is good to have friends around the world, and a new person to talk to while waiting to board your plane. But don't give out many details, you don't want to be in a situation like in the movie Taken.

18. Be mindful of your things. Anybody could just pick up your stuff and on board a plane going miles away from you.

So that's it.
